Care to Dance is an open-level dance and music improvisation jam that supports non-profit and advocacy organizations that care. 100% of all proceeds benefit partners who are making urgent appeals for humanitarian crises.
Recipients have included the American Civil Liberties Union, Asylum Seeker Advocacy Project, Black Lives Matter Global Network, Houston Food Bank, New York Civil Liberties Union, Planned Parenthood, RAICES — The Refugee & Immigrant Center for Education & Legal Services, and the U.S. Caribbean Strong Relief Fund. In lieu of monetary donations, we also collect used jackets and coats for the ongoing One Warm Coat Drive.
Please stay tuned for information on the next Care to Dance event, which will include an open-door jam session, guest speaker, and takeaway resources to support our featured partner and their cause.
Akin to Care to Dance, we host the Care to Act series for online letter-writing and e-mail banking for local to federal-level representatives.
